Bigmommayo sends us our first OSTRICH burger submission ever! “This picture was taken before I TORE UP a Big Blue Bacon ostrich burger from Bareburger.  The burger is composed of danish blue cheese, bourbon sautéed mushrooms, apple smoked onions, blackened maple bacon, lettuce and apple chutney.  I give this burger 7/10.  The ostrich was very lean and tasty but I thought the amount of blue cheese on this burger was a bit too pungent and unfortunately overwhelmed all the other wonderful toppings.Moving on…Conveniently, my nail salon of choice, Blush Nail Lounge, is located on the same street as this Bareburger location (East 5th street btwn 2nd ave and Cooper Sq, NY, NY)!!  The color on my nails is Essie’s brand new Spring 2012 “Navigate Her” and I chose Essie’s “School of Hard Knocks” and OPI’s “Uh-Oh Roll Down the Window” for my accent nails.”
